Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Tanning Consultant. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, making product recommendations, and maintaining a clean and welcoming salon environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring all clients' needs are met and treated professionally.
- Make recommendations for products and services to clients.
- Maintain the minimum sales requirements.
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
- Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment while upholding all company policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment, lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes, and perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
