Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care.
- Clinical Expertise: Utilize your clinical knowledge and skills to develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with healthcare teams, residents, and families to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the quality of patient care and services.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and standards that govern our healthcare facility.
Requirements:
- Education and Licensure: Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and a minimum of 3 years of long-term care experience.
- Leadership and Management Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of nursing staff.
- Clinical Expertise: Strong clinical knowledge and skills in gerontology and long-term care.
