Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rehabilitation Coordinator to join our team at TMC: Therapy Management Corporation. As a key member of our healthcare operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, coordinating patient care, and assisting in the therapy department's daily operations.
You will play a critical role in promoting a positive and supportive work environment, representing TMC professionally, and contributing to the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with patient care under the supervision of licensed therapists, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
- Manage office supplies, maintain filing systems, and track documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Attend and report back on meetings, providing updates and insights to inform decision-making.
- Maintain the cleanliness of treatment and office areas, promoting a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
- Approve time sheets and complete necessary daily tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our healthcare operations team.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; health paraprofessional training preferred.
- Proficiency in computer applications and software, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, work in a team environment, and adhere to company values and mission.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
