Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Attorney to join our team at Advanced Technology Services. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's growth and success.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a talented attorney to provide expert legal advice and guidance on all aspects of contract law. You will work closely with our sales and procurement teams to ensure that contracts are negotiated and managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting and negotiating customer and supplier contracts
  • Manage contract risk assessment and claims litigation
  • Provide employment and labor support, employee health and safety support, and special projects
  • Stay up-to-date with external governance trends and general legal issues
  • Perform legal research and provide guidance to the Sales and Procurement teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's & Juris Doctorate Degree with 5 or more years of experience in relevant areas of law practice
  • Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the jurisdiction
  • Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in representing manufacturers and interacting at senior levels with business management

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
