Speech Language Pathologist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting speech and language evaluations and assessments, developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student learning.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and assessments to identify students' strengths and weaknesses.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' communication needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student learning and develop strategies to improve communication skills.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals.
  • Document and track student progress, making adjustments to therapy plans as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • State SLP license (or ability to obtain licensure).
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience in a school setting is a plus.
