We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Advisor to join our team at H&R Block. As a Tax Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and guidance to our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible outcomes.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique tax needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct thorough tax interviews, gathering all necessary information to ensure accurate and compliant tax returns.
• Prepare and review tax returns, identifying opportunities for savings and minimizing tax liabilities.
• Stay up-to-date with changing tax laws and regulations, ensuring our clients are always in compliance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, driving continuous improvement in our tax services.

• 5+ years of experience in tax preparation and advisory services.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, with a focus on individual and business taxation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
