Hotel Director

We are seeking a seasoned Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations at Oakfield Hospitality LLC. As the ideal candidate, you will provide strategic direction and supervise a diverse workforce.

The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of hotel operations, from customer complaints to financial analysis. A team player with excellent communication skills is required to foster a positive climate for both customers and employees.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate staff to achieve maximum efficiency
• Hire and train personnel according to company standards
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hotel services
• Analyze and report on financial information
• Cultivate relationships with suppliers, vendors, and travel agencies

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager is preferred
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Well-versed in hotel management best practices and relevant laws/guidelines
