Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome patients, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience throughout their dental journey.
- Conduct thorough reviews of patient health histories to provide quality care and ensure accurate treatment planning.
- Take and process x-rays and other diagnostic assessments using advanced technology, such as the iTero 3D scanner and digital photography.
- Provide superior chairside assistance to supported dentists during various procedures, adhering to state dental practice acts.
- Utilize Dentrix for patient scheduling and record-keeping, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Prepare treatment rooms with strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA/CDC recommendations.
- Manage supply and inventory levels, placing and expediting orders as needed.
- Partner with providers and team members to implement Heartland Dental systems and optimize office workflow.

Qualifications- Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
