This position requires a Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university OR Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university AND current Georgia license as a Registered Professional Nurse AND One year of professional nursing experience.

Job Description:
As a Lead Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities within your assigned unit, ensuring that staff adheres to workplace protocols and procedures, and maintaining accurate reports and client records. You will also be responsible for supervising nursing personnel, including training and disciplining. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are integral to this position.

Requirements and Qualifications:
* Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing
* Current Georgia license as a Registered Professional Nurse
* Basic Life Support certification
* Experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting preferred
