Key Responsibilities

  • Register guests in our property management system and ensure accurate and efficient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Escort guests to their rooms with luggage and provide assistance with any requests or concerns.
  • Valet guest's vehicle if requested or provide directions to parking areas for self-park.
  • Assist guests with requested reservations for resort properties and provide recommendations for local attractions and activities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the front desk, solarium, and storage closets.
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of all in-house facilities and hours of operation, as well as daily activities and area attractions.
  • Inform supervisor of any guest problems or unusual circumstances.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 19 years of age and possess a valid regular driver's license.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds on a daily basis.
  • The hourly pay range for this position is competitive and may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and work location.
  • Available benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company matching.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
