BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Registered Nurse Field Supervisor for our Suffolk County Skilled office. This role provides best-in-class care to Adult & Pediatric clients throughout Suffolk County.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate nursing staff to provide exceptional care.
- Conduct assessments and develop care plans for clients in Suffolk County and surrounding areas.
- Supervise nursing staff in the field and facilitate new hire orientation.
- Participate in training and in-services for field staff.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience.
- Trach/vent experience or an interest in learning.
- Supervisory experience preferred.

- Monday through Friday in-person office role with monthly in-home assessment visits.
