We are seeking a skilled Lash Artist to join our team at Deka Lash. As a Lash Artist, you will be responsible for providing world-class lash extension and brow services to our clients, while also promoting our products and services to drive sales and growth.

• Provide exceptional lash extension and brow services to clients, ensuring high-quality results and excellent customer satisfaction.
• Upsell products and services to clients, promoting our membership programs and retail products to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized consultations and recommendations to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to industry standards and sanitation protocols.
• Perform additional duties as required, including assisting with marketing and promotional activities.

• Current cosmetology or esthetician license.
• Experience in lash extension and brow services, with a strong understanding of lash application techniques and sanitation protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of our products and services, with a strong understanding of our brand values and mission.
