About the Job

We are seeking a part-time and full-time Dining Experience Specialist who will be the face of our restaurant, connecting with our guests and ensuring they have an unforgettable experience. As a member of our service team, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Maintain a positive and calm demeanor at all times
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
- Follow our operational policies and procedures to ensure seamless service
- Be punctual and on-time for shifts
- Develop knowledge of basic mixology and bar duties, including pouring beer, wine, sake, and liquor
- Educate guests about our Ramen offerings and the Kizuki brand
- Perform other restaurant duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year's experience in customer service, food service, or related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Must possess valid food handler's permit, alcohol serving license preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- 18+ years of age
