Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CT Technologist to join our Radiology Department at UNC Health Care. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for conducting procedures and tests using Computerized Tomography (CT) equipment to acquire and analyze patient diagnostic data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct CT scans and manipulate images according to protocols
  • Administer oral and IV contrast to patients according to protocols
  • Transfer images to PACS and verify patient identification
  • Perform other duties as required, including maintaining a clean and orderly work environment
Requirements
  • Completion of an accredited educational program in Radiological Science or completion within 3 months at time of application
  • Registration with the American Registry of Radiological Sciences or registry eligible
  • Advanced certification in CT within one year of employment
  • Current competency in HCP BLS
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
