Job Summary

Providence Place at the Collegeville Inn is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Dining Room Server to enhance the dining experience for our residents. As a key member of our dining team, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience during mealtimes, including organizing meal service, communicating with the Director of Dining Services, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Organize and coordinate meal service, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Communicate effectively with the Director of Dining Services and other team members to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Assist with dishwasher and prep cook shifts as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one year of experience in dining or restaurant service, with supervisory experience a plus.
  • Completion of a sanitation course (ServSafe) within three months of hire.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude and neat, professional appearance.
