Job Summary:

The Pharmacist will be responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services, including sterile compounding, dispensing, and clinical monitoring, in accordance with all laws, regulations, and policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services, including compounding, dispensing, and monitoring, in accordance with all laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and optimal clinical outcomes.
  • Conduct sterile compounding and dispensing activities in accordance with all laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Monitor and report any adverse events or reactions to medications.
  • Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient care.
Requirements:
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or R.Ph. with appropriate clinical experience.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a specialty home infusion company or hospital setting.
  • Excellent clinical and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
