Join Our Team as a Roadside Tire Technician

At Monro, Inc., we're committed to providing exceptional service to our customers and a 5-star experience for our guests. As a Roadside Tire Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safety and reliability of commercial trucks on the road.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dismount and mount tires on various types of rims
  • Determine repairable tire conditions and make necessary repairs
  • Remove tires for retreading or repair
  • Match mating of dual assemblies
  • Inflate tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements
  • Clean and maintain service equipment
  • Proper execution of required billing documents
Requirements:
  • TIA certification (training will be provided)
  • Ability to work in heat and cold
  • Excellent safety and attendance performance
  • Willingness to follow all safety procedures and work in a safe manner
  • Ability to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment as part of a team
  • Self-starter with initiative and ability to work without direct supervision
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • At least 3 months of relevant service experience preferred
