  • Control inventory levels, monitoring stock and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Receive and store deliveries from vendors, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Report any supply needs to the department manager.
  • Stock and inventory products, maintaining a high level of organization.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, providing general information about the facility.
  • Support food servers and beverage cart attendants to ensure excellent service to members and guests.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures.
  • Communicate guest concerns or comments to the Director, Food and Beverage and Chef.
  • Review schedules, calendars, and facility activities on a daily basis.
  • Process snack bar purchases using the EZLinks point of sales (POS) system.
  • Accountable for cash and check transactions.
  • Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • No experience necessary, but will train.
  • Must be able to meet age requirements for serving alcohol and hold a Certified Food Handler's Card.
