Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough assessments and maintain accurate documentation of residents' health status.
2. Monitor and report any significant changes in resident behavior and health to the appropriate personnel, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
3. Supervise and guide the daily activities of Resident Care Assistants, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.
4. Mentor Lead Resident Care Assistants, providing direction and support in their roles.
5. Balance service demands while promoting resident independence and dignity.
6. Identify and assist in preventing elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation, reporting findings to the necessary authorities as required.
7. Respond effectively to emergencies and utilize the personal emergency response system when necessary.

Qualifications:
- Current state licensure as an LPN/RN and CPR certification.
