Job Title: F45 Personal Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced F45 Personal Trainer to join our team at F45 Training CP006930. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for leading group fitness classes, creating engaging and challenging workouts, and providing exceptional customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead group fitness classes, creating a positive and motivating atmosphere for participants
• Develop and implement effective workout plans, taking into account the needs and goals of each participant
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with other trainers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest fitness trends and techniques

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience as a Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor
• Current certification in a nationally recognized fitness program (e.g. ACE, NASM, ACSM)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
