About the Role

Sands Chevrolet Surprise is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team as an Internet Sales Associate. This is a full-time, base plus commission sales position in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and maintain a database of online sales leads through various platforms, including online advertising and marketing campaigns.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and engaging in effective sales conversations.
  • Build rapport and relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences, and guide them through the sales process.
  • Proactively reach out to potential customers through online channels, including follow-up emails and phone calls.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the smooth transition of internet leads to in-person sales and support the overall sales process.
  • Utilize sales tools and techniques to increase conversion rates and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competition to provide valuable insights and drive sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and lead conversions in the dealership's CRM system.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in using online platforms and tools to generate and manage sales leads.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends, as needed.
