We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Testing Proctor to join our team at the State of South Carolina. As a Testing Proctor, you will be responsible for administering exams for students in a quiet environment, maintaining test security, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Administer exams for students in a quiet and secure environment
- Maintain test security and confidentiality
- Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, and staff
- Manage test materials and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and staff via email and phone
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Experience in a testing or proctoring environment
- Knowledge of testing software and systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
