Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop software solutions for embedded systems, ensuring high-quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to progress customer use-cases and concepts through design, architecture, development, testing, and integration cycles.
- Apply information security and functional safety principles to daily work products, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Work in an Agile project environment, leveraging CI/CD tools to streamline development and deployment processes.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring clear and concise communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of professional experience as a software developer, with expertise in languages such as Python, C, C++, and Java.
- 2-5 years of experience working in an Agile project environment, with a strong understanding of CI/CD tools.
- Understanding of and desire to continue learning about applying information security and functional safety to daily work products.
- Passion for embedded systems and software, with a pragmatic mindset for solving challenging problems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to adapt in a dynamic working environment.
- Professional experience with microprocessors and System on Chip solutions, with a strong understanding of automotive network technologies.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Embedded experience is a plus, but not required.
- Experience producing clear written technical communications, with a strong understanding of technical documentation.
- Familiarity with Connected Vehicle distributed systems, automotive domain experience in component-level system design and integration.
- Experience with automotive network technologies, such as LIN, CAN, and Ethernet.
- Experience with networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP and IPv4/6.
- Experience with in-vehicle embedded telematics technology, body, and security electronic systems architecture.
