Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Fellow to join our team at Ally Behavior Centers. As a Clinical Fellow, you will provide leadership and training support to our team, focusing on client programming, behavior interventions, staff development, classroom management, and parent training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work one-on-one with clients for at least 20 hours per week, providing individualized support and guidance.
  • Collaborate with less senior staff members to develop and implement effective behavior interventions and programs.
  • Assist with data collection and analysis, including conducting IOA and treatment integrity checks, and writing assessment and treatment plans.
  • Support the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives, including creating materials and resources for staff.
  • Participate in parent training and education, providing guidance and support to families.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • BCBA candidate or certification.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
Desired Qualifications
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification.
  • Well-rounded knowledge of ABA principles and practices.
  • Ability to assess, treat, and problem-solve behavior intervention and skill-building programs.
Professional Development and Training
  • Attend all mandatory staff and team meetings.
  • Maintain BACB certification and relevant state licensure.
  • Attend monthly trainings and professional development opportunities.
  • Complete Ally Behavior Centers-specific and required trainings during an initial 90-day probationary period.
Physical and Work Requirements
  • Sit on the floor, kneel, crawl, squat, or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to bend, reach, and hold objects.
  • Lift 30 pounds.
  • Effectively implement and physically implement PCM procedures (when trained).
