Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team. This role involves performing essential radiographic procedures in line with established protocols and ensuring optimal patient care throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducts radiographic examinations and assessments following departmental standards, utilizing independent judgment and established methodologies.
  • Informs patients and their families about the procedures, addressing any concerns regarding risks and preventive measures.
  • Produces high-quality imaging and compiles relevant patient information for accurate and timely interpretation.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in executing prescribed invasive or interventional procedures as required.
  • Performs quality control checks on equipment and resolves any technical issues to maintain optimal performance.
  • Ensures a safe environment for all patients, staff, and visitors by adhering to safety regulations and protocols.
  • Maintains confidentiality and upholds ethical standards in all aspects of radiology practice.
  • Supports the efficient operation of the department by managing inventory and performing additional tasks as needed.
  • Adheres to all regulatory and accreditation standards, ensuring compliance with professional practices.
  • Delivers excellent service to all patients and stakeholders by embodying our core values in daily interactions.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
  • Completion of an accredited Radiology program is essential.
  • National certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and state licensure, if applicable, is necessary.
  • A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective patient interaction and problem-solving.
