Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Dental Assistant to join our team in Daytona Beach. As a key member of our dental support team, you will provide professional assistance to our General Dentists in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
- Ensure the sterilization of instruments and equipment, maintaining a safe and clean environment.
- Take X-rays and accurately enter patient treatment plans.
- Present cases and educate patients on insurance benefits.
- Proficiently create temporary crowns and bridges, and pack cord as needed.
- Provide support to the office and Dentist with daily operations as required.
- Hold expanded functions and radiography certifications.
- Minimum of two years of previous chairside dental assisting experience.
- Dentrix experience is preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are an asset.
