About the RoleThis is a full-time position with a Monday-Friday schedule, no weekends, and no on-call duties. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a team of experienced healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Perform medical assessments of patients
- Establish and monitor a medically appropriate level of care for patients
- Maintain clinical core competency
- Work with the Chief Medical Officer and Regional Medical Directors to ensure operations are consistent with medical policy and professional standards
- Collaborate with center leadership to positively impact quality of care, client and patient satisfaction, and center performance
- Current State Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner licensure
- Eagerness and ability to become a Practice Builder
- Current state licensure
- Current DEA licensure
- State Controlled Substance Licensure, if required by State Law
- Experience in UC, ER, FP, ER, IM, or Ortho
- Ability to work in a cooperative, multidiscipline setting
- Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset
