Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and promoting healthy outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct a team of pharmacy technicians to ensure seamless pharmacy operations and exceptional patient care.
  • Develop and implement patient care programs to improve health outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy and improve patient care.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide education and training to patients and caregivers on medication use and management.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance pharmacy operations and patient care.
Requirements
  • Active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
  • Immunization certification through an accredited organization.
  • No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
  • Preferred qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
