As a Value Optimization Engineer at Celonis SE, you will lead our initiative to drive data-centric business transformation alongside our clients. Collaborating closely with the Celonis Sales Teams, you will take charge of the comprehensive value journey for our clients, acting as their trusted advisor to help them meet their strategic objectives and unlock substantial value through the Celonis EMS platform. In partnership with our collaborators and Celonis Services, you will create measurable business impacts across diverse processes and sectors, accelerating the integration of our platform into their operations. Your role will combine profound process and industry knowledge with a robust consulting skill set, showcasing strong analytical capabilities at one of the fastest-growing technology firms globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Identifying & Framing Value
- Translate client strategic priorities into impactful use cases for Celonis.
- Develop demonstrations and business cases, utilizing industry benchmarks and best practices to attract new clients.
- Conduct Value Assessments or Proof-of-Value Projects, effectively communicating value opportunities and strategic plans to C-Level executives.
Realizing Value
- Lead business value workshops, employing Celonis to pinpoint and qualify opportunities for process improvements.
- Identify enhancement measures in core business functions and initiate comprehensive change initiatives.
- Deliver results and demonstrated value to senior management and C-level executives.
Scaling Value
- Oversee the entire customer value journey, including landing, expanding, adopting, and renewing.
- Develop a strategic roadmap for customer expansion, embedding Celonis EMS as a pivotal business transformation tool within their organization.
- Provide insights to our product development teams to refine the Celonis platform and applications based on emerging use cases.
Required Qualifications:
- Value Selling Expertise: In-depth knowledge and experience with the Celonis value selling methodology, encompassing discovery, qualification, value assessment, and PoVs, showcasing the full potential of Celonis EMS.
- Product Proficiency: Expertise in guiding clients' IT teams through their EMS journey, demonstrating the capabilities of EMS and expediting value realization through dashboard and application development.
- Value Realization Skills: Proficient in identifying and prioritizing use cases, implementing improvement strategies, and acting as a change agent for clients by establishing operational models and training users to realize value and renew or expand their subscriptions with Celonis.
- Project Management Acumen: Capable of planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines, overseeing multiple projects across various stages of the value journey while leveraging partners from the Celonis Ecosystem.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven track record in preparing and presenting results to stakeholders and management, both internally and externally.
- Domain Knowledge: Utilize advanced business domain expertise, such as in Finance or Supply Chain, along with strategic transformation initiatives to create a compelling value roadmap for clients.
- Industry Insight: Possess advanced industry knowledge and a demonstrated ability to understand industry trends and strategic opportunities for the C-Suite, developing an integrated Celonis EMS roadmap.
