We are seeking a skilled Fiberglass Fabricator to join our team at MFG Construction & Water Products. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for fabricating fiberglass parts, laminating and finishing them to meet our high-quality standards.

• Work with our team to roll out chopped strand and/or resin-soaked mat onto molds.
• Ensure proper material handling and minimize air presence in the laminate.
• Identify and trim parts as necessary, working collaboratively with teammates.
• Sand and finish parts to meet quality standards.
• Clean and maintain work tools and safety equipment.
• Cut, trim, sand, and drill fiberglass products to fit design specifications.
• Packaging parts as needed and maintaining a clean work area.
• Adhere to safety protocols and accurately complete labor tickets.

• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, with fiberglass experience a plus.
• Ability to operate electric and air hand tools.
• Light to medium physical requirements, including pushing, pulling, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Able to follow directions and work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Must be able to read a tape measure and have general knowledge of blueprints.
