  • Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and timely, using standardized assessment tools and reporting systems.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent with licensure or certification within the state providing services.
  • At least two years of experience working independently under minimal supervision in a home health, medical-surgical, or rehabilitation center environment.
  • Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations.
