Job Title: General Laborer

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable General Laborer to assist with various tasks at our apartment complex in Bidwell, Ohio. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with manual labor, including lifting, bending, and pushing, and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

**Responsibilities:**

* Assist with replacing new appliance units
* Participate in seasonal property clean-up and maintenance projects
* Perform other general labor tasks as needed

**Requirements:**

* Must be dependable and able to arrive on time daily
* Must be physically comfortable with manual labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds
* Must pass a background check

**Working Conditions:**

* Part-time position, approximately 20-24 hours per week
* 3 weekdays per week, 8-hour days
* $18/hour
