Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS) is seeking a dedicated full-time Rehabilitation Specialist to deliver exceptional services in our Work Rehabilitation program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care for individuals recovering from workplace injuries.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and job analyses to create tailored treatment plans.
  • Collaborate closely with Physical Therapists to assist patients in achieving their return-to-work objectives.
  • Receive comprehensive training in Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) and other essential methodologies.

Qualifications:

A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution is required. While experience in Work Conditioning, Work Hardening, and Progressive Goal Attainment Program (PGAP) is advantageous, we warmly welcome new graduates to apply.
