Join Our Team as a Physician Assistant in Internal Medicine
We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our team at Trinity Integrated Medicine in Phoenix, AZ. As a Physician Assistant in Internal Medicine, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our private practice.
About the Role
- Provide medical care and prescribe medications in accordance with laws and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Interpret laboratory results, diagnostic tests, and physical examinations.
- Document patient information and charges in the EHR.
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Conduct physical exams, diagnose acute and chronic illnesses, and injuries.
- Inform physicians of any issues or discrepancies.
- Acquire and review patient histories to identify abnormal conditions.
- Respond to emergencies as needed.
- Perform routine injections and procedures as required.
- Cultivate a climate of trust and demonstrate compassion for patients.
- Comply with medical regulations, safety standards, and privacy laws.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent patient care.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
- Knowledge of medical guidelines and procedures in Primary/Family Care.
- Familiarity with advancements in medical technology and staying up-to-date on relevant findings.
- Ability to problem-solve and multitask with a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies, Health Science, or Medical Science, or BSN/NP Studies.
- Bilingual in Spanish (recommended).
