Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Substance Use Program Coordinator to join our team at Access-Supports for Living. This role will provide critical support to our Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Program Director with scheduling program activities and maintaining regulatory agency certification spreadsheets.
  • Keep program Protocol binders up-to-date and ensure staff have access to the latest versions.
  • Maintain current knowledge of Medication Assisted Treatment for opioid use disorders.
  • Monitor equipment calibration dates and schedule servicing as needed.
  • Take and prepare meeting minutes for leadership review.
  • Place, track, and receive medical supplies and equipment orders.
  • Assist clinicians with calendar schedules and send reminders.
  • Perform QA of EHR client records and ensure all documents are complete.
  • Carry out coordinator responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of business administration experience or 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Three (3) years of experience working with an Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) or Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program preferred.
  • Excellent time management skills, communication skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Hands-on experience with network administration and Microsoft products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Evolv and Acutis program.
