As a key member of our ambulatory care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and coordinate patient care in an ambulatory setting, ensuring that all care is delivered in accordance with established standards and protocols.
- Deliver sophisticated care that is tailored to the age and needs of our patients, while maintaining a focus on quality patient and family-centered care principles.
- Educate patients and their support systems about various medical conditions, and maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation for each patient.
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and workflow, and prioritize work based on acuity, provider schedule, available resources, and patient preferences.
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to coordinate care and modify interventions based on patient response and changing conditions.
Qualifications
- Current Minnesota RN License
- One year of previous healthcare experience in ambulatory care settings
- Basic Life Support Certification
- Excellent public relations and interpersonal/communication skills
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate critical thinking skills
- Ability to accept change and empower others to engage in ongoing process improvement
