  • Plan, organize, and coordinate patient care in an ambulatory setting, ensuring that all care is delivered in accordance with established standards and protocols.
  • Deliver sophisticated care that is tailored to the age and needs of our patients, while maintaining a focus on quality patient and family-centered care principles.
  • Educate patients and their support systems about various medical conditions, and maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation for each patient.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and workflow, and prioritize work based on acuity, provider schedule, available resources, and patient preferences.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare team members to coordinate care and modify interventions based on patient response and changing conditions.

Qualifications

  • Current Minnesota RN License
  • One year of previous healthcare experience in ambulatory care settings
  • Basic Life Support Certification
  • Excellent public relations and interpersonal/communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate critical thinking skills
  • Ability to accept change and empower others to engage in ongoing process improvement
