Salary and Benefits
The base pay range for this position is $39.74 - $62.36 per hour. Additional compensation may be available in the form of shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, or bonus opportunities. Job Description
As a Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) nurse at Providence, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include assessing patients, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions. With a focus on whole-person care, you will prioritize patient comfort, dignity, and well-being throughout their hospital stay.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong nursing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. A graduate degree from an accredited nursing program and a current Oregon RN license are required. National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association is also necessary. One year of nursing experience is preferred but not required.
