Culinary Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes using various cooking methods and kitchen tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and efficient food preparation.
• Develop and maintain strong knife skills, cooking techniques, and attention to detail.
• Meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and continuously bending, reaching, and twisting.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience as a line cook in a full-service restaurant (or equivalent experience in a related role).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and continuously bend, reach, and twist.
