Job Summary

As a Project Manager at River City Construction, you will be responsible for leading construction efforts and collaborating with other departments to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery. You will oversee the financial, schedule, safety, and quality performance of assigned projects, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of project dynamics and identifying priority tasks without supervision. Additionally, you will delegate tasks, supervise project teams, and foster client relationships to ensure a client-focused project experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams to achieve project goals and successful project completion.
  • Manage project budgets, including labor, materials, and procurement costs.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients, design partners, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Resolve field construction problems and attend progress meetings to ensure project schedules, budgets, and quality expectations are met.
  • Manage the change process, including identifying and communicating scope changes, preparing and submitting cost and schedule change estimates, and negotiating and processing client change orders.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • 4-year degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills, good time management, professionalism, and ability to work well with others.
  • Certifications/Licenses: OSHA 10, LEAD, PMP (preferred).
