Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our ICU team at Mercy Ada, OK. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient-centered care
  • Maintain professional accountability for patient care and evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by other caregivers
  • Coordinate patient care with other departments and ensure consistent delivery of care
  • Perform duties in accordance with Mercy's mission, values, and service standards

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
  • Current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure
  • Completion of hospital and required nursing competencies, mandatory in-services, and relevant certifications
