Job Summary: As a Concert Usher at Harrah's Laughlin, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This includes greeting and welcoming them to our entertainment functions, scanning tickets, and ushering them to their seats when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers using our service standards and communicate clearly and effectively with guests, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Work in an environment with fluctuating business levels and respond to visual and oral direction.
• Demonstrate a willingness to be a team player and work a fluctuating schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Assist in the marketing department as needed.
