This role is ideal for individuals who have recently earned or are in the process of earning a Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field and have 0-1 years of laboratory experience.

The R&D Laboratory Research Assistant will support ongoing research projects by assisting in various laboratory tasks, performing experiments, and ensuring smooth daily lab operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior R&D staff in planning, executing, and analyzing research experiments under guidance.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment, chemicals, and supplies in optimal condition.
  • Perform routine laboratory tests, experiments, and document findings according to established procedures.
  • Collect, record, and analyze experimental data; assist with report preparation and presentation.
  • Collaborate with other R&D team members on troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Environmental Science, or related discipline) OR currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (with at least 2 years completed).
  • 0-1 years of laboratory experience (internships, coursework labs, volunteer experience, etc. accepted).
  • Strong understanding of laboratory equipment and scientific principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of basic laboratory techniques and protocols.
