Position Details:
- Shift: 3 PM - 11 PM
Key Responsibilities of the RN Supervisor:
- Oversee the delivery of safe and effective care to residents within the nursing facility, in collaboration with the Director of Nursing.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.
Qualifications Required:
- Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team.
- Prior supervisory experience is essential.
- We seek serious candidates.
- Experience in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facilities is preferred.
- A compassionate approach to working with the elderly population is crucial.
Licensure:
- Must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) License.
