Position Overview:
The MRI Imaging Technologist, under the guidance of the Administrative Supervisor and/or Director, is tasked with operating magnetic resonance imaging equipment to generate diagnostic images for physicians. Key duties include:
  • Choosing suitable imaging methods

Qualifications:
  • Required Education: Completion of an accredited Radiological Technology Program
  • Preferred Education: Additional post-secondary education
  • Certifications: ARRT in Radiography, ARRT (MR) Registry within 18 months of employment, BLS Basic Life Support within 3 months of employment, Arkansas Radiologic Technologist License
  • Preferred Licensure: ARRT (MRI)
  • Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and organizational abilities. Proficient in operating office equipment and computer systems.
