We are looking for qualified individuals to fill the role of Behavior Technician, responsible for implementing behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with families, BCBAs, and other staff members to provide high-quality care to our clients.

• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBAs
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes
• Support BCBAs in training families on implementation of treatment plans
• Communicate effectively with families, BCBAs, and other stakeholders
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience working with children with ASD preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule

• A competitive hourly rate between $16-$22
