  • Assist sales and customer service teams
  • Train and develop fleet drivers
  • Perform driver ride-alongs and provide feedback
  • Manage performance of direct reports and resolve customer issues

Requirements

  • 2+ years of operational experience, including 2+ years of leadership experience
  • DOT Medical Card required
  • 2+ years of transportation experience
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and management skills
  • Ability to train and participate in driver ride-alongs
  • Problem-solving experience required
  • Knowledge of RoadNet preferred
  • LTL distribution or carrier experience preferred
  • Knowledge of area and ability to build routes
  • Experience with E1 preferred

Physical Requirements

  • General office demands
  • Distribution center environment
  • Ride-alongs with drivers to different cross-docks
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted
