Jerry is revolutionizing the way people manage owning a car, and we're looking for a talented Data Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our data science team, you will play a critical role in driving deep insights to inform our customer acquisition strategy.

About the Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to help us scale customer demand by analyzing complex data sets, building attribution models, and designing experiments to identify efficient acquisition channels. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and business leaders to translate insights and learnings into actionable growth marketing investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and test levers to drive profitable and scalable user acquisition across paid and organic channels
  • Design, run, and analyze A/B experiments to extract key insights and inform future decisions
  • Build key reports, dashboards, and predictive models to monitor the performance of our paid ads and marketing channels
  • Transform and refine raw production data for analytical needs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline
  • 3+ years of consulting, data science, or growth analytics experience
  • High level of comfort with SQL and Python (or similar ML programming language)
