We are currently seeking a full-time, paneled Family Medicine Physician to serve in a vibrant community. This role offers the chance to positively influence an underserved population and contribute to the enhancement of primary care services.
The Lakefront Family Medicine Clinic provides a range of services, including family practice, immediate care, selected occupational health screenings, and limited ancillary services. Patients also have access to behavioral health resources located on the hospital campus. Our community boasts excellent educational institutions and outstanding housing options, along with a wealth of outdoor activities in the scenic Columbia River Gorge and proximity to the Pacific Ocean, Mt. Practice Highlights:
- Schedule: Full-time, 4 to 5 days per week, with dedicated in-basket support.
- Call: 1:20 ratio, with evening phone calls from skilled nursing facilities and one working weekend at the same-day clinic each quarter.
- Facility: 32 exam rooms, close to 35 providers, located on the hospital campus with on-site digital x-ray capabilities.
- Patient Care: 1:1 Medical Assistant support, paneled position, managing up to 20-22 patients daily.
- Clinic: PeaceHealth Lakefront Primary Care Clinic.
- Onsite Support: Includes Social Workers, Dietitians, Clinical Pharmacists, Diabetic & Palliative Care Specialists, Phlebotomists, and Behavioral Health support services.
- In-house Services: Controlled Substance Management and Chronic Care Coordination Teams.

- St. John Medical Center (SJMC) is a 346-bed Level III Trauma Center, offering a wide array of medical specialty services, including emergency care, trauma services, cardiology, behavioral health, orthopedic care, oncology, maternity, and women's health services.
