Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers warmly upon their arrival at the retail outlet.
  2. Assist customers by promoting and selling products while providing accurate information in a courteous manner.
  3. Participate in regular inventory checks on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  4. Handle and document sales transactions with precision, ensuring accountability for all financial exchanges.
  5. Support the organization of stock, maintain clean and attractive displays, and contribute to the visual merchandising of the store.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED; or six months to one year of relevant experience and/or training; or a suitable combination of education and experience.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Proficient in computer applications including Point of Sale (POS) systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including answering phones, welcoming customers, addressing inquiries, and processing orders.

Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to customer service are essential for success in this role.
