Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Crestview Retirement Community. As an LVN, you will be responsible for directing the activities of aides, performing basic nursing functions, and providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the activities of aides to ensure the highest quality care is provided to residents
  • Perform basic nursing functions, including administering medications and providing wound care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families on health-related topics

Requirements

  • Current LVN licensure in the state of Texas
